Charlotte Avenue Medical Building

The 52,000 square foot Charlotte Ave. Medical Office Building was a recent addition to the downtown Nashville medical community. The building was a unique renovation and expansion of an existing warehouse into a state of the art multi-specialty medical facility, located on the edge of the current hospital campus. This project complimented the adjacent Urology Associates Healthcare Development that was also designed by Community Tectonics. The design utilizes the building’s existing structure, roof and walls as an economical base construction system and then transforms the building’s image into a new facility that will serve a full range of physician services.
