Charts a direction the system, facility, or client wants to go and why. Assists the Director of Schools and staff with evaluating the needs of the entire system and helps develop a program that meets those needs.
Facilities Master Plan
Defines the best route to get where you want to go. Investigates your options. Determines if renovation is feasible, can meet the standards, and meets the needs.
Program Specifications
Defines your specific needs to each facility and each space. It defines what you need in order to get where you want to go.
Project Budgets
Defines project costs. What will it cost to get you where you want to go.
Capitol Improvements Budget
Defines your priorities for implementation of a facilities improvement plan. A 10-15 year schedule for planned improvements will be provided.
Communication & Distribution
Places the information developed by the team in the hands of the proper design makers and shareholders to develop support for the entire program.
Funding
Provides assistance to the owner in obtaining the necessary funding to implement the program.
Facilities Design
The experienced facilites master planner translates your program information into plans and specifications for your unique building requirements.
Facilities Construction
The project team works in concert to construct your facilities in the most cost efficient and timely manner…resulting in the buildings that best meet your program requirements.
Occupation/Post Occupation Evaluation
Provides assistance in the moving in and occupancy process. Continue to remain an active part of the planning process evaluating the initial success of the project and providing post occupancy evaluation for use in the development of future phases of the overall master plan.
